    • Arthlings is a company registered in India, with registered office at 4A GHANSHYAM BHAWAN, NATHMALPUR, GORAKHNATH, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, 273015.
    • We offer handcrafted soaps, cosmetics, and other personal care products.
    • These terms and conditions govern all use of our website and services, including placing orders, making payments, and receiving deliveries.

2. Ordering & Payment:

    • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
    • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including delivery address and contact information.
    • We accept payments through secure online payment gateways and other methods as displayed at checkout.
    • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders without prior notice if deemed necessary.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

    • We ship orders from Gorakhpur and Ghaziabad, India.
    • We currently offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options within India.
    • Standard Shipping costs a flat rate of ₹100 for orders below ₹700, and is free for orders above ₹700. Expedited Shipping incurs additional charges.
    • Delivery times are estimated at 4-5 business days for Standard and 2-3 business days for Expedited Shipping, but may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.
    • You will receive an email with your Air Waybill (AWB) number for tracking your order.

4. Returns & Refunds:

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
    • Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense unless there is a manufacturing defect.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.

    • The content on our website, including product descriptions, images, and logos, is the property of Arthlings and is protected by intellectual property laws.
    • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
    • We reserve the right to make changes to our website and content at any time without notice.
